- Free inspection: We get on the roof and look at everything — field of the roof, ridge, valleys, penetrations, gutters, and any soft metals. We take photos of what we find.
- Written damage report: If we find damage consistent with a storm event, we produce a written report with photos and findings. You receive a copy regardless of whether you file a claim.
- Honest assessment: We tell you whether we think you have a viable claim. We don't pressure homeowners to file — that decision is yours.
- Insurance claim support: If you decide to file, we can help you understand the process, meet the adjuster on-site to walk through our findings, and review the insurer's scope of work.
- The work: Once a claim is approved, we complete the repairs or replacement per the agreed scope and deliver a finished job backed by our 5-year warranty.
