Commercial roof repairs require finding the actual source of a problem — not just applying a patch over a symptom. Water travels. The spot where a leak shows up on the ceiling may be 10 or 20 feet from where water is actually entering the membrane. We take the time to properly diagnose before we repair.
Common Commercial Roof Repairs We Handle
- Seam failures: TPO and EPDM seams can separate over time due to thermal movement or improper original installation. We re-weld or re-seal seams to stop infiltration.
- Penetration flashing: HVAC units, pipes, vents, and drains are common leak points. We re-flash and seal penetrations using compatible materials.
- Ponding water areas: Standing water accelerates membrane degradation. We assess drainage and address low areas where possible.
- Membrane tears and punctures: Physical damage from foot traffic, equipment, or debris is repaired with compatible patch materials properly bonded to the existing membrane.
- Parapet walls and edge metal: Coping caps, edge metal, and parapet flashings are frequent entry points for water. We inspect and repair these details.
- Blistering and delamination: Moisture trapped in insulation or between plies causes blistering. We assess the extent and repair or replace the affected area.
Emergency Roof Repairs
An active commercial roof leak can't wait. We prioritize emergency calls, respond quickly, and can install temporary protection to stop water from causing further interior damage while a permanent repair is planned.
Honest Repair Assessment
Not every repair is worth doing. If a roof has multiple failing areas and is approaching the end of its useful life, we'll tell you that — along with a cost comparison between continued repairs and replacement. We won't push repairs on a roof that should be replaced, or push a replacement on a roof that has years of life left.
Service Area
We repair commercial roofs throughout Indianapolis, Johnson County, Greenwood, Center Grove, Bargersville, Franklin, Whiteland, and surrounding communities.
