Information you give us
When you request an estimate, use our instant roof estimator, fill out a contact form, or start a chat, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your roof. We use this only to prepare your estimate, schedule an inspection, and follow up about the work. We keep it in our customer records so we can service your warranty later.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location, the pages you view, and the site or ad that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, and it tells us which pages and advertising are actually useful.
Services we use
- Google Analytics and Google Ads. Measures site traffic and tells us which ads lead to estimate requests. Google may set cookies for this.
- Roofr. Powers the instant roof estimator. When you use it, the address and answers you enter, and the contact details you provide, are processed by Roofr and passed to us.
- Web3Forms. Delivers our contact form submissions to our email.
- Tawk.to. Powers the chat widget, if you choose to use it.
- JobNimbus. Our customer records system, where your project is tracked from estimate through completion.
These providers handle your information on our behalf, under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, though parts of the site may work less well if you do. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and you can control personalized advertising in your Google Ad Settings. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, just call or email us and we will take care of it.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate or project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and we will stop texting that number.
Children
Our services are for homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
